Guided Tour & Workspace Orientation

The DgiDgi guided tour highlights the polished, enterprise-ready areas of the workbench so new team members know where to go. Every pop-up links back to this reference, the entire experience respects tenant isolation, and the tour can be toggled off from your account settings if you prefer manual navigation.

AI Assistant (Chat)

The AI assistant (DgiDgi One) lives in the main chat experience. It can author code, run agents, and analyze data while you keep full visibility into prompts and responses. The tour starts here so every tenant member understands where autonomy begins.

Dashboard

The dashboard aggregates workspace metrics, agent health, and project summaries. It is your single-pane-of-glass for monitoring usage, billing spikes, and agent outcomes before diving deeper.

Projects

Projects are the workspace units that enforce tenant isolation. Each project can spin up agents, store assets, and target private data sources. The tour shows you how to browse and organize them for your brand or business unit.

AI Agents Hub

The hub surfaces reusable agent templates, team-shared tools, and runtime controls. Agents can be composed, scheduled, or handed off to other owners with just a few clicks.

Code Editor

The built-in editor keeps you close to the code while surface-level AI help is always available. You can open terminals, preview workspaces, and inspect results without leaving the browser.

Workspaces

Workspaces group projects, teams, and environments. Use the switcher to move between clients, run isolated deployments, or scope an entire tenant context before launching an agent.

Press Cmd+K / Ctrl+K to open the command palette. It is the fastest way to navigate pages, run shortcuts, or jump into agents without hunting through the sidebar.

Settings & Account Controls

The Settings tab lets you customize appearance, API keys, notifications, and integrations. It also contains the Guided tour toggle (Account ? Overview) so you can keep the experience on for new team members or turn it off once everyone is familiar.

Status & Health

Status gives you real-time platform health, scheduled maintenance notifications, and release notes. Enterprise teams can subscribe to updates that reflect their tenant region and plan.

Support

Access support tickets, share logs, and coordinate with your Customer Success team. Enterprises get dedicated channels and priority escalation options from here.

Documentation & Policies

Every tour card links back to this guide so you can drill into architecture notes, security controls, and rollout best practices. Bookmark this page for compliance reviews or onboarding new admins.

Integrations

Connect third-party tools, data sources, and AI providers through the Integrations screen. The tour highlights how to link directories, SaaS apps, and downstream analytics while preserving tenant controls.

If you want to walk the tour again, open the question mark menu in the sidebar and select Start tour. Teams that disable the automatic tour can re-enable it from Settings ? Account ? Guided tour.
